Complete the Queen’s entire class series before doing your state-approved course.
If you’ve already completed your state course, watch all the videos in the package from top to bottom.
What should I do if I purchased Xcel before finding Insurance Exam Queen?
The $97 you’ll pay is minimal compared to the value, time, and effort you’ll save on studying and retake fees.

What should I do if I can't access the course videos?
Ensure you are using the Chrome, the web browser our platform was optimized for.
Clear your internet history, cookies, and cache. If issues persist, try another browser like Firefox.
Purchase, Upgrade & Renewals
Can I get a refund for my course purchase?
At the time of your purchase, it was stated that refunds are not issued.
Please email support@insuranceexamqueen.com to discuss your reason for requesting a refund.
Already purchased a course but want to upgrade?
You can upgrade to Silver, Gold, Gold Plus, Gold Plus Live or Platinum for just the price difference. Your ‘Course Welcome’ email has the upgrade links at the bottom of the email.

How can I get more time if I didn't finish my course in 100 days?
We do offer a discount for renewing your course. Please email support@insuranceexamqueen.com for a coupon code link before you repurchase your expired course.
