How can I find what I need to study for my state exam?
Review the most highly tested topics for your state by looking at Melissa’s recommendations. Click on your exam below, and scroll to your state to see the most important topics for your exam then get the Gold Package for a 90% first time pass-rate : Property & Casualty and Life & Health.

How can I get your Gold Course for free if I purchase the Xcel Pre-Licensing Course

Is your course state-approved?
No! Our courses are supplemental to any state approved course.
How do I use your course with my state-approved course?
Complete the Queen’s entire class series before doing your state-approved course.
If you’ve already completed your state course, watch all the videos in the package from top to bottom.
What should I do if I purchased Xcel before finding Insurance Exam Queen?
The $99 you’ll pay is minimal compared to the value, time, and effort you’ll save on studying and retake fees.
Does Melissa offer help with Adjusters exams?

Failed Exam / Struggling to Pass?
What should I do if I failed my exam?
Start with our GOLD Class Series, which has helped thousands pass – even those that had multiple failed attempts.
You’ll find tailored versions for both Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
What should I do if my score is below 60%?
Consider making an investment in one of the Class Series.
People have passed with our Bronze Series and even the free material on YouTube, but the best way for Melissa to help you would be through her Gold Class Series which has a 90% success rate. (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)
Most people pass after watching our teaching videos no matter how many times they failed before.
If price is of concern, you can start with a lower tier like Bronze upgrade to Silver or Gold before your 100 days expire for just the price difference and the 100 days start anew.

Where do I log in to my course?
I can't remember my account password?
Click “Reset Password” on the Login Page.
If you don’t get a reset email, reach out to support@insuranceexamqueen.com and we’ll help.
What should I do if I can't access the course videos?
Ensure you are using the Chrome, the web browser our platform was optimized for.
Clear your internet history, cookies, and cache. If issues persist, try another browser like Firefox.
Upgrades & Refunds & Extensions
Can I get a refund for my course purchase?
All sales are final and refunds are not issued.
Already purchased a course but want to upgrade?
You can upgrade to a higher tier to your purchase for just the price difference. Your current Course has an upgrade section at the end and your ‘Course Welcome’ email has the upgrade links at the bottom of the email.
How can I get more time if I didn't finish my course in 100 days?
Melissa does not provide an option for extended access. If you need more time, you’ll need to make a new purchase for the course.
