Founder & Owner
In 2017 I sold everything that didn’t fit in my car and lived in a friends living room instead of an apartment as I worked towards something different – it enough for the universe to expand what I envisioned and I landed (what I thought at the time) my dream job.
I became the most requested insurance instructor nationwide by insurers, like United Health Care, and secured the highest pass rates in the shortest time with my proven teaching methods, flying all around the country, staying at beautiful hotels and eating fancy food that the Insurance Exam Queen was born and my knowing what’s possible expanded.
I started my business and as the Insurance Exam Queen I have now have helped thousands of people pass their insurance exam using my teaching methods and offering the same level of support that huge insurers would pay thousands of dollars for!
The icing on my ‘cake of life’ is my incredible partner and the birth of our beautiful baby girl in 2023.

Kayla Hall

Our tech guru is based in London (UK) where she lives with her 3 cats, O’Sirus, Charlie Brown and Neon.
She is an experienced web designer and online tech integrator with emphasis on user experience. Her job is to ensure the site is looking great and is clear and easy to use for our students as well as looking after our CRM system, Shopify and LMS.
Steve Romanchak

Steve is a dedicated insurance instructor with nearly a decade of experience in the fields of education and behavioral health. Since starting his insurance career in 2022, earning licenses in P&C and L&H.
Steve taught himself to ride a unicycle and now pours that same determination into helping students feel confident & be prepared to succeed on their exams. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with wife Kalie and their three kids, exploring the outdoors, and attending amusement parks (big rides junkie!).
Jay Osbourne
Assistant to the CTO & Tech VA

Jay is from Enfield in the UK and is a quality control superstar with her background in financial complaints case work where the precision of data and information was paramount.
Without even trying she spots the CTOs oversights, giving her a needed second pair of eyes. Jay runs our emailing system, blog posts and assists on the technical implementation side of our tech infrastructure. In her free time she is learning all there is to know about WordPress and course creation.

Patricia started assisting Shiela with our endless demand of graphic requests in the summer of 2024.
This happy soul discovered her creative passion in college and has now years of experience in social media & graphic design. She is now a full team member of IEQ, designing many of our visuals, presentations and documents, helping IEQ connect to our audience and be on brand.

Shiela is a happy wife and a first time mom of an energetic baby girl. Shiela first assisted us as a VA but we soon discovered her passion for designing.
She is now behind all the visually appealing presentations, documents and posters, upholding the IEQ brand and convey the insurance concepts effectively as well as our social media graphic content.

Peter, married with 5 grown children and 20 grandchildren, is used to breaking down information in a way that sticks for all.
Peter has over 40 years experience in the field and is licensed with most major insurance carriers. He trains very similar to Melissa and we are lucky to have him on board as an instructor.

Angela became the Ultimate Study Buddy, then Instructor, after a P&C Game Night and has helped students to retain the information in everyday language since.
Angela has over 25 years of exam experience, including 7 in insurance. Her way of breaking down complex concepts is something I truly appreciate.
